Job Overview:

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages to both outbound and inbound customers. This energetic role requires a keen understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on destinations, and coordinate all aspects of their travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guide travellers to their perfect holiday and close meaningful, trust-based conversations
2. Handle inbound travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and qualified leads
3. Understand guest preferences, budgets, and intent to recommend the most suitable holiday packages
4. Coordinate with the operations team for accurate quotations, revisions, and booking confirmation
5. Build long-term guest relationships that drive repeat bookings and a strong travel community

Education:
