Job Summary:

The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. This role involves content creation, campaign management, community engagement, and performance analysis to ensure consistent growth and brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics,



or Sprout Social.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Assist in influencer collaborations and online partnerships.

Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting and campaign execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

Solid creative, writing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite).

Basic knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
