1. Job Purpose

To drive business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence for the assigned region by managing sales teams, channel partners, and overall branch operations across Fans, Pumps, and Appliances category.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve regional sales targets for Fans, Pumps, and Appliances.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities (dealers, distributors, institutional sales).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Drive secondary and primary sales to maximize revenue.

B. Channel Management
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and dealers across locations.
- Strengthen relationships with key channel partners.
- Ensure availability of products across all territories.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and ROI.

C. Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team (Area Managers,



Sales Officers).
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Build a high-performance culture within the team.

D. Financial & Budget Management
- Manage regional sales budgets and expenses.
- Ensure profitability and cost optimization.
- Track receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor credit limits and reduce financial risk.

E. Market Expansion
- Expand presence in Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural markets.
- Develop strategies for product penetration in new areas.
- Work on brand visibility and promotional campaigns.

F. Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain robust relationships with key customers and institutional buyers.
- Address customer complaints and ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Supply Chain, Marketing, HR).
