1. Presales Executive (Inside Sales / Tele-consultant)
Reports To: Showroom Manager / Sales Head
Role Objective: Convert inbound inquiries (website, social media, walk-in leads) into confirmed
showroom appointments or design consultations. This is a consultative, relationship-building
rolenot a cold-calling job.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification: Call warm leads who have interacted with marketing campaigns.
Understand their requirements (e.g., 3BHK apartment, kitchen remodel, budget,
possession timeline).
Pitching Ecosystem: Educate potential clients about the brands USPs (e.g., European
hardware, 10-year warranty, factory finish, 45-day delivery).
Appointment Scheduling: Persuade qualified leads to book a design consultation at
the experience center or a virtual meeting with an interior designer.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all lead interactions,
follow-up dates, and appointment statuses in the CRM.
Pipeline Nurturing: Follow up with cold or hesitant leads with relevant content (e.g.,
new lookbooks, ongoing festive discounts).




Requirements & Skills
Experience: 13 years in presales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles
(experience in interior design, real estate, or premium home decor is a massive plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to sound
warm, professional, and knowledgeable over the phone.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LeadSquared) and
WhatsApp Business.
Understanding Space: A basic understanding of floor plans and home layouts is highly
advantageous.
2. Front Desk Executive & Showroom Host
Reports To: Showroom Manager
Role Objective: Act as the face of the brand. This role ensures every walk-in customer
experiences a warm, luxury hospitality setting while managing the administrative flow of
the experience center.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Hospitality: Welcome walk-in clients, offer refreshments, and manage the guest
lounge area
