Role Description
The Infor CSI SyteLine ERP role at SSMT Solutions is a part time, remote position focused on supporting implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SyteLine ERP platform for clients. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes, mapping requirements to Infor CloudSuite Industrial CSI/SyteLine functionalities, and assisting with system configuration and testing.



The role involves preparing documentation, supporting data validation and migration, and collaborating with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and enhance workflows. The position also requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, responding to user inquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement of ERP usage and related best practices. The team member is expected to manage priorities effectively and communicate updates clearly in a remote environment.
