We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our field sales team in the Mumbai/MMR region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through both individual sales contributions and strategic team management. You will oversee a field sales team, monitor targets, and report directly to the Directors.
This is a hybrid field-based role requiring 2-3 days of office-based management and 3 days of active field engagement per week.

- Work Schedule: 2-3 days Office-based / 3 days Field-based
- Remuneration: 40,000 to 50,000 per month plus 10,000 to 1,00,000 per month as per your performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Monitor, mentor, and motivate a field sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Performance Reviews:
Conduct weekly team reviews in the office and present consolidated progress reports to the Director.
- Training & Development: Deliver sales training sessions to align the team with company standards.
- Client Engagement: Secure and individual sales targets by personally visiting key industrial clients/Associations
- High-Value Presentations: Deliver qualified corporate presentations to industry associations and high-value clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with other internal departments and associated group companies]
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
- Experience: 10+ years of overall Sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing and leading field sales teams.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in Industrial Sales is preferred. Direct Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages
