Role Description
The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will engage with industrial and PSU clients to understand their technical requirements, present suitable engineering solutions, and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.



Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal engineering teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. The role also involves visiting client sites, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to customer education initiatives aligned with IMTB’s mission. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of activities in CRM or reporting tools and collaborate closely with management to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation in engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Analytical) and ability to understand industrial applications.
- Demonstrated skills in technical sales, solution selling, and client relationship management, ideally with industrial or PSU customers.
