Role Description
The Subject Matter Expert IT Infra will provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization to support Ombrevo’s digital transformation projects. Day-to-day activities include assessing current infrastructure, recommending improvements, and supporting network and systems administration across client environments. The role involves troubleshooting complex IT issues, advising on network security best practices, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure stable, secure,



and scalable IT operations. The Subject Matter Expert will document infrastructure standards, contribute to technical proposals, and support knowledge transfer to team members. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Cost optimization measures and recommendations
- Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud or virtualized environments.
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security, with hands-on experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in complex environments.
