Surekha Infra Solutions is a service partner working with Red Bricks Property Management, a US-based property management company specializing in residential property marketing, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professional individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our growing remote team.

Key Responsibilities

* Market available rental properties and respond promptly to rental inquiries.

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with prospective tenants, existing tenants, property owners (landlords), and vendors.

* Communicate professionally through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communication platforms.

* Schedule property showings and assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.

* Coordinate maintenance requests by assigning work orders to vendors and ensuring timely completion.

* Follow up with tenants, landlords, and vendors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved satisfactorily.





* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and prospective clients.

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leasing activities, maintenance requests, and property updates in company systems.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day property management operations.

* Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.

* Strong email writing and qualified text communication skills.

* Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound client calls.
