Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team admission targets.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Guide the team in handling student queries and closing admissions.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Track team productivity and maintain reports through CRM.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure excellent student counselling and customer experience.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
