This is a true player-coach role where you'll leverage your industry network to generate new business while leading a domestic sales team to improve execution, pipeline quality, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with hands-on selling and team leadership.

Key Requirement:

Business Development Market Expansion

? Build and expand SI's presence across federations, state associations, leagues, broadcasters, brands,

and sports organizations

? Leverage personal industry relationships to create current revenue opportunities

? Generate and own a strong pipeline of strategic domestic opportunities

? Identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities within the Indian sports ecosystem

Sales Commercial Execution

? Personally own and close mid-to-large value opportunities from discovery through contract closure

? Lead client meetings, negotiations, commercial discussions,



and proposal presentations

? Drive faster sales cycles through disciplined follow-ups and stakeholder management

? Partner with Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful project handovers

Team Leadership Sales Excellence

? Lead and mentor the domestic sales team to improve productivity and commercial effectiveness

? Drive proposal quality, pipeline discipline, and sales execution standards

? Coach the team on consultative and solution-based selling

? Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and outcomes

Pipeline Forecast Management

? Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and accurate revenue forecasting

? Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and structured sales reviews

? Monitor sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions

? Improve deal velocity and conversion rates across the team
