Role Purpose

Runs end-to-end site execution of civil works across construction and fit-out sites, owning cost, schedule, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of civil scope (structural modifications, masonry, finishes, tiling, carpentry) on live hospital sites.
- Plan and sequence civil work fronts; coordinate skilled payroll labour and registered unskilled subcontract labour.
- Enforce PO-gate discipline — no work commences without an approved purchase order.
- Coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers on material procurement timelines.
- Supervise the Site Supervisor – Civil and civil labour force; escalate quality and safety issues.
- Work with the QS/Billing Engineer on measurement, billing, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with BOCW, contract-labour, and site-safety requirements in a live hospital workplace.




- Track pilot cost/time performance against the GC baseline to establish proof of saving.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil site execution or fit-out projects; direct-labour/self-performance experience preferred.
- Healthcare or hospital fit-out experience a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
