About The Role-

As a
Talent Sourcing Specialist
at
Novoguild
, you will be responsible for identifying and

evaluating exceptional tech and non-tech talent for high-impact startup roles.

This is an intellectually demanding role. You will screen thousands of profiles, interpret nuanced technical requirements, and shortlist only the highest-quality candidates for our clients.

What You Will Do-
- Deeply understand client hiring requirements
- Research technical concepts, frameworks and tools to accurately evaluate
- candidate relevance
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify top-tier candidates
- Screen and evaluate large applicant pools with precision and consistency




- Conduct structured candidate interviews when required
- Create high-quality candidate briefs and recommendation notes for clients
- Maintain a clean, structured and intelligent internal talent database
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve internal systems
- This role requires strong analytical ability, curiosity and attention to detail.
