About the Role

Tekstar Distribution Private Limited is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who takes complete ownership of inventory, warehouse efficiency, dispatch operations, process discipline, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess solid operational expertise, excellent planning skills, and the ability to drive accountability while ensuring seamless coordination across warehouse, logistics, sales, procurement, finance, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

· Take complete ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

· Maintain optimum warehouse organization to maximize storage utilization and operational efficiency.

· Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment with minimal errors.

Inventory Management





· Maintain accurate inventory records with regular reconciliation between physical stock and system inventory.

· Monitor stock ageing, slow-moving inventory, and damaged goods, and recommend corrective actions.

· Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

· Ensure timely reporting of inventory discrepancies and implement preventive measures.

Logistics & Distribution

· Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries to customers and distributors.

· Monitor transporter performance, freight costs, and delivery timelines.

· Resolve logistics issues proactively to minimize delivery delays and customer complaints.

Process & Operational Excellence

· Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and best practices.

· Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
