​Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust domain expertise in Healthcare Manufacturing or Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will bridge commercial business processes with enterprise data to drive insights across sales, campaigns, and customer analytics.

​Key Responsibilities

​Analyze and document end-to-end business processes within healthcare/life sciences workflows.

​Analyze Salesforce CRM data to extract commercial, customer, and sales campaign insights.

​Work with enterprise ERP/SAP systems for data validation and operational mapping.





​Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert complex requirements into clear functional documentation.

​Required Skills

​5–7 years of Business Analyst experience in Healthcare Manufacturing / Life Sciences.

​Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Data and SAP / ERP platforms.

​Strong background in Sales, Campaign, Customer, and Commercial Analytics.

​Expertise in Business Process Documentation.

​Mandatory UAN / PF verification readiness (Rigid BGV).

​ Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
