Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our performance marketing function with a robust focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.




- Drive lead generation while optimizing CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
- Execute audience targeting, remarketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare actionable reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google advertising trends, policies, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership
