GetNos is a performance marketing agency that helps D2C and B2B brands grow revenue through data-driven marketing. We build marketing systems that connect campaigns, CRM, automation, and reporting into one seamless workflow.

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Operations Executive who will own marketing automation, CRM integrations, reporting, and client communication across multiple accounts. This is a hands-on execution role focused on building reliable systems, improving campaign performance, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Responsibilities Email Marketing Automation
- Build and manage welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, re-engagement, and lifecycle automation flows.
- Maintain audience segmentation, list hygiene, and email deliverability.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize open, click, and reply rates.

WhatsApp Marketing Automation




- Configure WhatsApp Business API workflows using WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, or similar platforms.
- Manage template approvals and customer opt-in processes.
- Build broadcast, drip, and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns.
- Integrate WhatsApp interactions with CRM platforms.

Cold Email Automation
- Set up and manage outreach campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Handle domain warm-up, inbox rotation, and bounce management.
- Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to maintain sender reputation.

CRM & Marketing Operations
- Integrate HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRMs with marketing platforms.
- Connect websites, landing pages, lead forms, WhatsApp, and advertising platforms using Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, or webhooks.
- Eliminate manual processes through workflow automation.
- Document CRM and automation setups for internal reference.
