Whether you're a fresher eager to learn or an experienced recruiter looking for your next opportunity, this role offers excellent exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT professionals for W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Work on various IT requirements from Direct Clients, MSPs, and Prime Vendors.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Maintain candidate records and update the ATS/database.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong learning attitude and positive mindset.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or US Staffing (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or Boolean search is an added advantage.

Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- 0–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Willing to work onsite in Pune during the night shift.
