Turium is seeking a
mid-level Chartered Accountant
to play a key role in our global finance operations as we scale across Australia and India. This role is ideal for a CA who brings strong technical foundations
and
the confidence to take ownership, improve processes, and partner closely with leadership.

You’ll sit at the centre of our finance engine — spanning global tax, payroll, reporting, and compliance — and help ensure Turium remains accurate, compliant, and investor-ready as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and support
global tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions
, with a robust focus on Indian tax laws (direct and indirect)
- Manage and oversee
payroll operations
, ensuring statutory compliance and internal accuracy
- Lead
accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
processes end-to-end
- Review, validate, and manage
invoices, contracts, and vendor payments
- Perform
monthly and quarterly reconciliations
, maintaining audit-ready financial records
- Support
financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and project cost tracking




- Act as a key point of contact for
external accountants, auditors, and compliance partners
- Identify opportunities to
improve finance processes, controls, and documentation
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights to support
executive and operational decision-making
- Support the
setup of the business entity in India
, including obtaining and maintaining all required legal, tax, and statutory registrations (e.g., PAN, TAN, GST, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and any other applicable licenses)
- Ensure
ongoing compliance with Indian regulatory, tax, and corporate laws
, including timely filings, returns, and renewals across central, state, and local authorities

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
