About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Paid Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.

This is a remote, part-time position working during UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
* Manage and optimise Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns.
* Create, manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
* Carry out ongoing keyword research and negative keyword optimisation.
* Monitor campaign performance and continually improve ROI.
* Produce clear, concise performance reports.
* Test current campaign strategies, audiences and ad creatives.
* Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to automate campaign management, negative keyword generation, reporting, analysis and other repetitive paid advertising tasks.




* Communicate with the team via Microsoft Teams and respond promptly during working hours.
* Manage tasks and updates within Asana.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing Google Ads.
* Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.
* Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
* Strong PPC knowledge with excellent analytical skills.
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows and automate tasks.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Highly organised and able to work independently.
* Responsive during UK working hours.
* Experience using Asana or similar project management software.

Nice to Have

* Google Ads Certification.
* Meta Blueprint Certification.
* Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
* Experience integrating AI tools or APIs into marketing workflows.
* Agency experience.
