Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a person having Merchant Banking experience/ having worked in a listed company.
Demonstrate proficiency in SEBI Regulations, ICDR (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements),
LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Buyback Tregulations, IPO (Initial Public
Offering) guidelines, etc.
Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to interpret legal documents effectively.
Manage client relationships and liaise with regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications

Professional certification such as CS/LLB is a must.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Prior experience in merchant banking, or within a listed company is essential.
Thorough understanding and practical knowledge of SEBI regulations pertaining to capital markets.




Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to handle client relationships and interact with regulatory authorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing IPOs, Rights Issues, Buybacks, or other capital market transactions.
Familiarity with auditing standards and practices.
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
