Job Description

10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
Strong knowledge of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery, Service Catalog
Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform security, governance, and performance optimization.




Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformations and enterprise implementations.
Ability to create architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
Solid stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or multiple CIS certifications desirable.
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is an advantage.
