We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused
Social Media Manager
who understands content, trends, audience psychology, influencer collaborations, and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage day-to-day social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for daily content execution

Manage influencer collaborations
, outreach, coordination, and campaign execution

• Build engaging content calendars aligned with brand positioning and growth goals

• Understand trends, reels, hooks, storytelling, and viral content formats

• Track engagement, growth metrics, and campaign performance

• Work closely with founders, doctors,



and marketing teams for content ideation

• Ensure timely publishing, approvals, and platform management

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels, influencer marketing, and content strategy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple brands and fast-paced execution cycles

• Basic understanding of Meta insights, social analytics, and content performance

• Healthcare industry understanding is a plus
