Location: DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon
Eligibility:
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- UK Voice Process experience preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- 4.0 – 4.70 LPA
- ₹28,000 – ₹34,000 In-Hand
- Both-Side Cab / Travel Allowance
- Rotational Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
