Channel Sales Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to drive sales.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners in target markets.( Mumbai)
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings with channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads and ensure effective lead conversion through the channel network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the organization.
- Coordinate site visits, project presentations, and customer interactions facilitated through channel partners.
- Track channel partner performance and implement engagement initiatives to improve productivity.
- Ensure timely dissemination of project updates, pricing revisions, and promotional campaigns to CPs
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and channel partner databases in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute channel partner events, roadshows, and networking activities.




- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and documentation requirements.

Desired Skills & Requirements Associate Manager/ Manager
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA.
- 4-7 years of experience in channel sales, within real estate. (Developers)
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers in the assigned market. (Mumbai)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channel partner relationships.
