Skilligent is a digital operations company serving clients across the USA, with a distributed India-based team running multiple brands. You'll work directly on US books — not as a back-office data entry layer, but as the person the numbers run through.

You'll own the day-to-day accounting for our US-based clients: ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close. This is hands-on ownership of live books, not task support. If you know US GAAP, live inside QuickBooks, and catch the discrepancy before anyone else does, this seat is built for you.

This role runs in two 4-hour blocks, and there's a reason for it:
- 6:00–10:00 AM IST — overlaps the US night shift, where you coordinate with our onshore floor manager to record and verify daily sales
- 6:00–10:00 PM IST — overlaps the US morning, where you work directly with the CEO





Both windows are where the work actually happens. In between, your day is your own — roughly 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST is completely free. No commute, no desk time, no idle presence expected. If that structure suits your life, it's a solid deal. If it doesn't, this isn't the right role and that's fine.

- Financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries for US-based clients
- Daily sales recording and verification with the onshore floor manager
- AP and AR transactions — processing, tracking, and follow-through
- Daily bank and credit card reconciliations
