We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive who excels at converting qualified leads into clients. You will work with leads generated by the team, understand client requirements, conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals for software development services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified leads provided by the team.
- Connect with prospects.
- Understand client business requirements and identify suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and gather detailed project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for effort estimation and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, timelines, and contract terms.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and closure targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Work closely with project managers during project handover after deal closure.




- Track competitor activities and market trends.
