Job Purpose

The role is accountable for driving
business growth and portfolio quality across the assigned branches. It entails
leading sales strategy and execution, expanding market presence, and
strengthening client, and builder/developer relationships through Direct team
connectors. The incumbent will build and develop high-performing teams,
ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and foster a
culture of customer-centricity. By closely monitoring business performance,
portfolio health, and market dynamics, the role contributes to sustainable
growth and competitive advantage in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets for the assigned locations

Drive consistent market penetration and identify
recent markets and avenues for expansion.

Develop and nurture long-term client
relationships to generate repeat business, while managing, connectors, and
builder/developer tie-ups.

Ensure timely customer service delivery,
resolution of client queries, and strict compliance with policies and
regulatory guidelines.

Lead, mentor, and motivate Relationship Manager
/ Resident Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Manager to achieve business
objectives.

Recruit, groom, and retain high-performing teams
with minimal attrition, while conducting regular training and performance
reviews.

Monitor delinquency levels and portfolio
quality, working closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure
smooth loan disbursements.

Implement sales processes effectively across assigned
branches.

Ensuring adherence to compliance and
documentation standards.

Conduct with branch teams as required and
support them in presentation and selling skills.
