We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee site operations across multiple construction projects. This is a leadership role that demands exceptional execution capabilities, strategic planning, and the ability to manage large teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end site operations for multiple construction projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams, ensuring accountability and productivity.
- Review project schedules, resource allocation,
manpower planning, and material availability.
- Monitor project budgets, construction costs, and productivity to optimize project performance.
- Identify project risks, resolve site challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, construction standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Review contractor bills, project reports, MIS, and overall construction progress.
- Drive continuous improvement in execution methodologies and site management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
