Practice Leadership: Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Data and AI Service Line, staying ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.

Innovation & Offerings: Develop differentiated solution offerings, high-impact use cases,



and compelling capability presentations that position GlobalLogic as a leader in AI.

Talent Mentorship: Foster a proactive learning mindset within the team, encouraging the expansion of technical knowledge and mastery of current AI frameworks.

Asset Creation: Oversee the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and a comprehensive insights database to leverage institutional knowledge.

Presales & Strategic Partnership (25%)

Solution Architecture: Partner with pre-sales and account leadership to anchor medium to large-scale opportunities, translating intricate AI strategies into persuasive proposal narratives.
