Job Purpose

Design, architect, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems while leading engineering initiatives across multiple client engagements. Drive the adoption of modern Machine Learning, MLOps, and Generative AI technologies to build intelligent, production-ready applications with high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Who you are:

8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning/AI systems.
2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and leading technical initiatives.
Solid expertise in Python, Object-Oriented Programming, SQL, and REST/gRPC API development using FastAPI or Flask.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
Experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning models into production.
Strong knowledge of MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or dbt for experiment tracking,



workflow orchestration, and model lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Experience working with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, or Milvus.
Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working in software services, consulting, or product engineering environments delivering solutions for multiple clients.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
