Customer requirement discovery & consulting
Conduct on‑site and remote discovery workshops,



interviews and plant walk‑throughs to understand customer processes, current systems and pain points across production, quality, maintenance and logistics.
Analyse business and technical requirements, document AS‑IS / TO‑BE workflows, and translate them into clear MES / digital solution requirements and scope.
Advise customers on best practices, maturity roadmap and phased adoption of MES, IIoT and analytics solutions.
2. Solution design & architecture collaboration
Design high‑level MES / Industry 4.0 solutions in collaboration with the Solution Architect, including functional architecture, data flows, integrations and technology selections.
Work closely with the application team to define PoC/prototype requirements, ensuring that what they build accurately reflects the proposed solution and customer expectations.
