ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Improve product availability/in-stock on Jumbotail platform while balancing the cost aspects of inventory and logistics. This would involve.
- Prepare business cases for recent charters to improve product availability while improving inventory efficiency; and aligning leadership for the same
- Implement such charters by driving initiatives with various stakeholders in Growth, Category, Merchandising and Supply Chain
- Work closely with Growth and Category teams to run the S&OP; process to finalize the demand and supply plans
- Design and executing inventory policies, norms to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment
- Design the right metrics/ dashboards to bring visibility and continuously improve deployment performance
- Define scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes
- Work closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes
