Role Description The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for interior contracting projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements. Responsibilities include preparing BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents, evaluating vendor quotations,



and assisting in contract negotiations. The role involves monitoring project costs, tracking material and labor usage, managing variations, and preparing periodic cost reports for internal teams and clients. The Quantity Surveyor will coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to verify measurements, certify bills, and support timely project delivery. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong skills in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for interior projects.
Experience in tendering, contract documentation, and vendor quotation analysis.
Ability to manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Proficiency in measurement, bill certification, and verification of work against drawings and specifications.
