We are looking for a Quality Excellence Specialist to drive a quality-focused culture within the organization, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement . The ideal candidate will lead Lean and Six Sigma projects , develop SOPs , and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance overall business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Process Improvement
- Establish and promote a quality-driven culture across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Lead Green Belt projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies .
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency .

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Compliance
- Develop and maintain SOPs for various operations, including New Business, Underwriting, Persistency, Policy Servicing, and Grievance Management .




- Ensure regular review and updates for central and outsourced processes.

Project & Execution Excellence
- Manage and oversee process enhancement projects with a results-driven approach .
- Foster collaboration and execution excellence within the team.

Skills & Competencies:
- Green Belt certification with expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies .
- Proven project management experience in operational excellence.
- Robust proficiency in Excel, dashboard creation, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
