Xometry is looking for a Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top technical talent into Xometry as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring. In this full-life cycle recruiting role, you will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. This position will have responsibility for full-life cycle non-technical recruiting across India.

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs
Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks
Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team and share knowledge and best practices
Maintain up to date records in our ATS

Qualifications:

3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
Experience hiring for US-based companies
Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal forms
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines
Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to
