Role Summary
Drives recent client acquisition within the family office segment through consultative, relationship-led direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a direct sales strategy targeting family offices and HNI investors
Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective family-office clients through outbound and referral channels
Run consultative sales conversations,



positioning Bitdelta's products and value proposition
Coordinate with Account Management to ensure a smooth handoff of won accounts
Negotiate commercial terms and onboarding requirements with prospective clients
Track and report on pipeline, conversion, and sales targets
What You'll Need
6-9 years in direct/institutional sales, private wealth, or relationship-led B2B sales, ideally in fintech or financial services
Existing network within the family office/HNI investor community is highly valued
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment
Good to Have
Prior experience selling trading or investment products to family offices
Existing book of family office/HNI relationships
Success in the First 90 Days
Build and qualify an initial family office prospect pipeline
Close the first set of new family office accounts
