CSR PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (GD-05)
Role Purpose
To develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, philanthropic institutions, and funding agencies to mobilize resources and support sustainable development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential CSR partners and corporate donors.
- Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, and funding presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and industry leaders.
- Coordinate project reporting and impact communication to funding partners.
- Support fundraising campaigns and partnership events.
- Track CSR opportunities, government schemes, and funding announcements.
- Collaborate with project teams to design scalable social impact programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or social impact programs.
- Solid stakeholder management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
