Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for our Statutory Audit team based in Churchgate, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statutory audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
- Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Prepare audit reports, observations, and recommendations.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in internal controls.




- Assist in finalization of accounts and financial statements.
- Handle audit documentation and maintain proper working papers.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
- Valuable knowledge of Companies Act, Ind AS, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- Candidates must have completed both CA Final Group I and Group II.
- Articleship experience in statutory audit is preferred.
