Role Overview

You will be responsible for executing and optimising paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta and Google, while working closely with product, category, and sales teams to improve funnel performance.





The role requires someone who can drive experiments and cross-functional initiatives to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Execution

Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and otherchannels
Track and optimise for CPL, conversion rates, CAC and ROAS
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of ad spend Experimentation & Growth Initiatives
Design and run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and lead capture flows
Continuously test current campaign formats, messaging, and acquisition strategies
Identify scalable growth opportunities across paid channels Cross-Functional Projects
Work closely with product, category, and sales teams to improve the marketing funnel
Drive initiatives to improve lead quality, lead-to-sale conversion, and revenue efficiency
