Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a focus on driving lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives.
Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.




Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred
Experience in EdTech, D2C, or high-growth startup environments.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
Basic understanding of CRO and landing page optimization.
