Our client is a 24-year-old global technology company headquartered in the United States, with delivery centers in India and offices across the UK and Singapore. They serve enterprise clients across healthcare, fintech, insurance, retail, and legal technology, delivering AI, cloud, RPA, custom software, and digital transformation solutions. Average deal size targets are USD 50,000 and above.

Salary
No bar for the right candidate, plus performance incentives on closed deals. Immediate joiners preferred.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with proven experience closing enterprise IT services deals with US and UK clients. This is a full-cycle role,



from identifying and qualifying accounts to running discovery calls, building proposals, negotiating terms, and closing contracts. You must be able to hunt independently without a warm pipeline handed to you and close deals without a large support team around you.
This is not a role for someone who only manages accounts after they are won. You are expected to open doors and close them.

What You Will Do
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
Identify, research, and target enterprise accounts in the US and UK across healthcare, fintech, insurance, retail, legal technology, and general enterprise software verticals
Run discovery calls and needs assessment conversations with C-suite and VP-level buyers including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors, and Heads of Digital Transformation
Build tailored proposals
