Skilled Direct for Microsoft Azure is a Microsoft services & support offering targeted at mid-sized customers and ISVs. This is a customer facing role and would require the individual to act as an Azure Cloud Solution Architects / Subject Matter Expert / Technical Specialist. The Tech Champ owns the overall technical relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft. They lead architectural design sessions, adoption plans, deliver ongoing refinement and enhancement.



They hand hold the customer from knowing the service to deploying the service and Influence product through proactive, actionable, and prioritized feedback representing the voice of customer. To succeed in this role, one needs to understand how to plan solutions to meet our customer's business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:

Develop high-level solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications to guide customers through their cloud transformation journey ensuring they leverage the full potential of Azure to achieve their strategic objectives.
Proposing effective cloud strategies to meet the customer needs & deliver them through workshops, trainings & advisory services
Lead the architecture and design of complex cloud solutions, leveraging Microsoft Azure services and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards.
The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business
