About the Role
We are looking for an Associate – Digital Marketing & Demand Generation to build awareness, generate qualified enterprise leads and strengthen the digital presence of Phonon Digital and 22North.

This is a hands-on role covering campaigns, content distribution, account-based marketing, webinars, email marketing, social media and performance analysis. The successful candidate should be able to connect marketing activity with lead quality, pipeline creation and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing and demand-generation campaigns for defined products, industries and geographies.
Develop campaigns targeting specific enterprise accounts, decision-makers and buyer personas.
Generate marketing-qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, website content, webinars, events and other relevant channels.
Work with internal teams and subject-matter experts to develop case studies, articles, white papers,



presentations and campaign content.
Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and other relevant digital channels.
Plan and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences and remarketing initiatives.
Support webinars, industry events, product launches and partnership campaigns.
Improve landing pages, calls to action and lead-capture journeys.
Track campaign reach, engagement, cost per lead, lead quality and conversion.
Coordinate with the business development team to ensure timely lead follow-up.
Analyse which campaigns, messages, industries and channels generate the strongest opportunities.
Maintain marketing calendars, campaign dashboards and lead reports.
Research competitors, industry trends, customer needs and emerging market opportunities.
Support sales teams with presentations, brochures, case studies and other enablement material.
