Key Responsibilities

Content & Integration Strategy
Build River’s brand integration roadmap across creators, films, digital content, culture, and communities
Identify content formats where River can naturally appear (web series, short films, music videos, vlogs, podcasts, live streams, etc.)
Develop a consistent messaging framework so every integration reinforces brand pillars
Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
Evaluate and onboard creators across lifestyle, regional, micro/macro segments
Own creator selection, negotiation, briefing,



content quality control, and performance review
Build long-term creator squads in key markets to drive hyperlocal content
Execution & Measurement
Draft clear briefs and ensure creators understand brand guidelines
Review content before publishing; ensure no misrepresentation of product or brand
Track output, ROI, reach, and sentiment; present monthly performance insights

Ideal Candidate

4 - 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, branded content, or entertainment partnerships
Strong understanding of digital content trends and regional creator ecosystems
Ability to evaluate creators, scripts, and storylines for brand fit
Positive negotiation skills and experience managing large volumes of creators
Comfort working with production teams, agencies, and fast-paced marketing environments
Sharp eye for content quality, storytelling, and messaging integrity
