Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

Aliste Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive customer retention and growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
Ensure successful customer onboarding and product adoption.
Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement to improve retention.
Conduct regular follow-ups, business reviews, and feedback sessions with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, and Operations) to ensure timely issue resolution.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer requirements.
Prepare customer reports, performance dashboards,



and MIS using advanced MS Excel.
Track customer success metrics, renewals, and service-level commitments.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ensure timely documentation.
Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
6–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboards, Data Analysis, and Reporting).
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience working with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
