Job Overview -

Group Head is a key delivery owner position. This position is responsible for the deliverables towards the assigned clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

Leading and Overseeing media planning and campaign execution on assigned clients.
Maintaining close relationships with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.
Operational efficiency in the team.
Client relationship management towards defined cadence.
Business Operations and Cutting-edge campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms to deliver differentiated results.
Team size planning based on the revenue projections.
Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members.

Key Performance Indicators

Quarterly and Monthly planned target achievement on the assigned clients.
Client Business Growth - Channel wise




Team Management - Operational efficiency in the team along with training and mentoring of the team members.

Must have Experience and skills:-

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years focused on Marketplace related services like Amazon marketing services.
Amazon and Flipkart e-commerce, Quick commerce .
Quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Insta Mart (Swiggy), Big Basket etc.
Media planning and execution on the above platforms.
Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and representing HiveMinds to clients.

Direct reporting team - Account Managers, Marketing Specialists and Marketing Analysts.

Preferably Having exp in working with Marketing agency
