Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head Office, Factory, Field Sales and Depot positions across India and Nepal. Prepare Job Descriptions and understand manpower requirements. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Facebook, referrals, consultants and networking. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts. Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely closures.

Business Partnering Partner with Department Heads on workforce planning. Support quarterly and annual hiring plans. Provide hiring market insights.

HR Analytics MIS Maintain recruitment trackers and HR MIS. Generate reports on open positions, offers, joiners, hiring pipeline and attrition. Present recr
