Job Description

With technology becoming central to every transaction, we are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager – Technology in Deals to anchor engagements with corporate and PE/VC clients. This marquee client-facing role involves driving pre-deal technology due diligence,



Tech separation/integration planning & execution, TSA support, and post-deal value realization.
In addition to traditional IT diligence, the role requires a strong flavor of AI diligence – assessing clients’ AI maturity, risks, compliance, and value creation opportunities. You will work at the intersection of technology, M&A;, and business value, leading engagements, and mentoring teams.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and executive presence to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
10+ years of tech-functional experience in Technology in M&A; scenarios with a proven track record at Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms.
Robust understanding of IT due diligence, pre-Day 1 planning, Day 1 execution, and post-Day 1 integration/ separation.
Hands-on experience in synergy identification, TSA structuring, interdependency mapping, and post-deal value realization.
Familiarity with AI/ automation,
