Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned HSE Lead to drive health,



safety, and environmental compliance across aviation infrastructure projects. The role involves establishing robust safety frameworks and ensuring adherence to international standards.
Key Responsibilities
HSE strategy: Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans.
Compliance monitoring: Ensure adherence to local and international safety regulations.
Training & awareness: Conduct safety inductions and ongoing training for project teams.
Incident management: Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of HSE leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
Aviation sector exposure is a strong advantage.
Certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent preferred.
